Supernationals Chess Tournament

It was a busy 3 days in Orlando at Supernationals!  This is the largest youth chess tournament in the US, with over 7,000 players from all over the country!  Contestants are split into grade band and rating level sections.  Daniel Fellerhof (Lee Academy Upper School C) played in the K-12 (high school) Under 1200 section, which had 305 players.  Daniel won 6 of 7 rounds, tying for 3rd place in his section!  We are very proud of him for staying focused and excelling at such a huge event.
