Mindful Yoga Classes on Tuesday and Thursday Mornings

Yoga is a remarkable practice for the body, mind and emotions.  Researchers have now found evidence as to how it is good for brain health as well, with study results showing improved speed, accuracy, memory and focus. Each Tuesday and Thursday at 8:00 AM, Danielle Roy (MS in Organizational Psychology and Kundalini Yoga Level 1 KYT-200 certified) teaches a 25 minute class for interested students of all ages.  A fee of $ 2 will be charged for each class.  Please contact Danielle Roy directly (contact information previously provided).
